Agentic AI Trainer & Facilitator

Sian Hwee is a WSQ ACLP-certified adult trainer and Agentic AI specialist who pairs hands-on generative-AI engineering with 15+ years in financial markets, quantitative modelling, and risk. Formally trained in competency-based curriculum design (Advanced Certificate in Learning & Performance, IAL) and reskilled through an SCTP AI Engineering programme — generative & agentic AI, LLM architecture, LangChain, RAG, and AI-agent development — he builds and deploys real LLM agents and automation workflows, so you learn from working systems, not slides. A former Teaching Assistant in the University of Chicago's MSc (Financial Mathematics) programme and an active options & FX trading mentor, he teaches fluently in English and Mandarin.

Practical information

Format & duration

Classroom, in-person in Singapore. 16 training hours plus a 2-hour assessment.
Class ratio 1:20 teaching, 1:1 assessment.

Entry requirements

Completion of secondary education and English literacy at WSQ Level 4.
No prior AI or coding experience required.
