Course Description

This unit covers the knowledge and skills required to provide excellent service, by engaging customers across various platforms through leveraging on organisational resources. It also covers the necessary skills and knowledge in portraying professional etiquette when responding to customers over various platforms and to deliver a consistent and pleasant customer experience.
