Meridian & Five Viscera Wellness Tui Na
This course provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) meridian theory, the Five Viscera (五脏), and practical Tui Na wellness techniques that promote overall health, balance and preventive care. Learners will gain foundational theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills to apply meridian-based Tui Na for common wellness needs such as fatigue, stress, muscle tension, digestive discomfort and sleep support.
