A. การคืนเงินกรณีถอนด้วยเหตุผลที่เกิดจากสถาบัน

ในกรณีดังต่อไปนี้ หาก:

 

1. สถาบัน (PEI) ไม่สามารถเปิดการเรียนได้ตามวันที่กำหนดไว้เริ่มต้นหลักสูตร
2. สถาบันยกเลิกหลักสูตรก่อนวันเริ่มต้นหลักสูตร ไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุผลใดก็ตาม
3. สถาบันไม่สามารถดำเนินการหลักสูตรจนแล้วเสร็จตามวันที่กำหนดสิ้นสุดหลักสูตร
4. สถาบันยกเลิกหลักสูตรก่อนวันที่สิ้นสุดหลักสูตร ไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุผลใดก็ตาม
5. การสมัคร Student Pass ของนักเรียนถูกปฏิเสธโดยกรมตรวจคนเข้าเมืองและด่านตรวจ (ICA

 

Beauty Forever Learning Hub จะคืนเงินแก่นักเรียนภายใน 7 วันทำการหลังจากแจ้งนักเรียน โดยจะคืน:

(i) ค่าธรรมเนียมหลักสูตรทั้งหมด
(ii) ค่าธรรมเนียมเบ็ดเตล็ดทั้งหมด
 

พร้อมกันนี้ สถาบันจะจัดหาข้อมูลและรายละเอียดของการจัดการเรียนการสอนทางเลือกให้นักเรียน เพื่อให้นักเรียนตัดสินใจได้อย่างเหมาะสมและทันเวลา

B. การคืนเงินกรณีถอนโดยไม่มีเหตุผลที่เกิดจากสถาบัน

หากนักเรียนถอนตัวออกจากหลักสูตรด้วยเหตุผลอื่นที่ไม่ได้ระบุไว้ใน "การถอนด้วยเหตุผลจากสถาบัน" หรือในกรณี "เหตุสุดวิสัย" ตามสัญญานักเรียน มาตรา 9 สถาบัน (PEI) จะดำเนินการคืนเงินหลังได้รับหนังสือแจ้งการถอนจากนักเรียน (ไม่เกิน 7 วันทำการนับจากวันที่ได้รับแจ้ง) โดยคืนตามจำนวนเงินที่กำหนด (หักค่าธรรมเนียมทางธนาคารตามที่ระบุในสัญญา)

• ไม่สามารถรักษาขั้นต่ำของการเข้าชั้นเรียนได้

• ไม่ชำระค่าธรรมเนียมหลักสูตร (โดยเฉพาะการผ่อนชำระ)
• ไม่สามารถรักษาความก้าวหน้าในหลักสูตรตามที่กำหนด
• มีพฤติกรรมที่ไม่เหมาะสมและไม่เป็นไปตามกฎระเบียบของสถาบัน

ระยะเวลาผ่อนผัน

สถาบันจะให้สิทธิ์นักเรียนมีระยะเวลาผ่อนผัน 7 วันทำการหลังจากเซ็นสัญญานักเรียนกับสถาบัน (PEI-Student Contract) ภายใน 7 วันนี้ ไม่ว่าวันเริ่มหลักสูตรจะผ่านไปแล้วหรือไม่ นักเรียนสามารถส่งหนังสือแจ้งขอถอนตัวเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร และจะได้รับเงินคืนตามจำนวนสูงสุดที่ระบุไว้ในสัญญานักเรียน (Student Contract) โดย:

* หากการถอนเกิดขึ้นหลังจากวันเริ่มต้นหลักสูตร และนักเรียนได้เริ่มเรียนแล้ว ค่าธรรมเนียมที่ใช้ไปแล้วจะถูกหักออก
* ค่าธรรมเนียมการดำเนินการที่ระบุไว้ รวมถึงค่าธรรมเนียมทางธนาคาร (ถ้ามี) จะถูกหักออก
 

การจ่ายเงินคืนที่ได้รับอนุมัติ

หากมีสิทธิ์ นักเรียนจะได้รับการคืนเงินภายใน 7 วันทำการนับจากวันที่อนุมัติคำขอ นักเรียนจะต้องลงนามเพื่อรับรองการได้รับเงินคืน
