Catherine Koh Siew Hong is a distinguished pioneer in Singapore’s beauty and wellness education sector, with over 49 years of hands-on experience as a beauty therapist, educator, and business leader. As the Founder and Director of Beauty Forever Learning Hub and Beauty Forever Saloon, Catherine has transformed her passion into purpose—grooming generations of professionals through quality training, innovation, and mentorship.

Catherine’s career began in 1976 after completing her training at the renowned Yamano Beauty School, and she has since accumulated a rich portfolio of international certifications from France, Japan, Hong Kong, and the UK. Her credentials span CIDESCO, ITEC, ACTA, DACE, TCM, and many other prestigious beauty and wellness diplomas, including lymphatic drainage, holistic massage, Chinese medicine pharmacy, and micro-pigmentation.

As a master trainer, she has developed and delivered over 30 beauty and wellness modules, including WSQ courses in Sales Closure, Customer Service, Product Advisory, Facial and Body Treatments, Makeup, and Social Media Marketing. Her legacy includes training thousands of learners—ranging from budding aestheticians to senior professionals—across Singapore and the region.

In 2009, Catherine founded Beauty Forever Learning Hub, which has become a SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG)-approved training provider and an ITEC-accredited examination centre. She leads the school’s strategic vision, curriculum development, industry collaborations, and trainer development. Under her direction, the institution offers internationally recognised programs that integrate modern techniques with traditional values, preparing learners for global career opportunities.

Catherine’s achievements include being invited in 2000 to do makeup for Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong, Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew, and current Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong—a testament to her expertise and reputation.

Her strong belief in lifelong learning led her to pursue modern skills such as inbound marketing, social media, and video editing even in her 60s, proving her adaptability and forward-thinking leadership.
