professional grooming and AI-enhanced productivity tools.
Her expertise lies in designing learner-centered programs that integrate both hands-on practice and real-world applications. With certifications including ACTA, DACE, and multiple ITEC diplomas, Cindy also champions digital transformation in training, equipping students and educators alike to
harness platforms like ChatGPT, Canva, and social media tools for professional success.
