凯瑟琳·许秀凤（Catherine Koh Siew Hong）是新加坡美容与健康教育领域的杰出先驱，拥有超过49年的丰富实战经验，集美容治疗师、教育家及企业领袖于一身。
作为 Beauty Forever Learning Hub 与 Beauty Forever Saloon 的创办人兼董事，凯瑟琳将她的热情化为使命——通过优质培训、创新教学与悉心指导，培育了一代又一代的专业人才。
凯瑟琳于1976年毕业于著名的日本山野美容学校（Yamano Beauty School），正式开启她的职业生涯。此后，她获得了来自法国、日本、香港及英国等多个国家的国际专业认证，资历涵盖 CIDESCO、ITEC、ACTA、DACE、TCM 等众多权威美容与健康文凭，领域包括淋巴引流、全方位按摩、中医药理及半永久化妆等。
作为一名资深首席培训师，她已开发并授课超过30个美容与健康培训模块，其中包括多项 WSQ课程，内容涵盖销售成交技巧、客户服务、产品顾问、面部与身体护理、化妆及社交媒体营销等。她的教学足迹遍及新加坡及周边地区，培养了数以千计的学员——从初入行的美容师到资深行业专家。
2009年，凯瑟琳创办了 Beauty Forever Learning Hub，该机构现已成为 SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) 认证的培训机构及 ITEC 认可的国际考试中心。她领导学校的战略方向、课程研发、行业合作及讲师培养，推动课程结合现代技术与传统理念，帮助学员开拓国际职业机会。
在2000年，她受邀为当时的新加坡总理 吴作栋、资政 李光耀 及现任总理 李显龙 提供化妆服务，足见其专业实力与卓越声誉。
凯瑟琳深信「终身学习」的价值，即使在60多岁时仍持续学习新技能，如内向型营销、社交媒体及视频剪辑，展现出她的学习热忱与前瞻思维。
凭借深厚的行业知识、不懈的指导精神与对卓越品质的坚持，凯瑟琳持续影响并塑造着新加坡的美容与健康产业，确保每一位她所教导的学员，不仅获得一张证书，更收获了专业精神与追求卓越的使命感。
